Abstract

The increasing complexity of enterprise operations has created a growing demand for intelligent process management and workflow optimization across SAP cloud environments. Traditional enterprise process management approaches primarily depend on historical reporting, predefined business rules, and manual process analysis, limiting their ability to identify operational inefficiencies and predict workflow disruptions. This research proposes an intelligent enterprise process mining framework that integrates artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and SAP cloud workflow optimization to improve business process efficiency. The proposed framework analyzes event logs, transaction records, workflow execution histories, process variations, and operational performance indicators to discover actual business processes and identify deviations from expected execution patterns. Machine learning algorithms are employed to predict process delays, identify bottlenecks, classify workflow exceptions, and estimate task completion times. Process mining techniques are integrated with predictive models to support automated process discovery, conformance checking, and performance enhancement. Furthermore, intelligent recommendation mechanisms identify opportunities for workflow redesign, task prioritization, and resource allocation across SAP enterprise applications. The framework supports continuous monitoring and adaptive optimization of business processes while maintaining transparency, operational consistency, and compliance requirements. The proposed approach aims to reduce workflow execution time, minimize operational delays, improve process visibility, and enhance enterprise productivity. This research establishes an AI-driven foundation for predictive and intelligent SAP cloud workflow management.
