AI-Driven Enterprise Intelligence: A Unified Architecture for Predictive Analytics Security and Autonomous Operations
Main Article Content
Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming enterprise intelligence by integrating predictive analytics, cybersecurity, and autonomous operations into a unified decision-making framework. Traditional enterprise systems frequently operate through fragmented data infrastructures, isolated security mechanisms, and reactive operational processes, limiting organizational responsiveness and strategic effectiveness. This paper proposes a unified AI-driven enterprise intelligence architecture that combines data integration, machine learning, predictive modeling, intelligent threat detection, and autonomous workflow orchestration. The proposed framework establishes interconnected layers for data acquisition, preprocessing, analytical intelligence, security governance, and operational execution. Predictive analytics supports forecasting, anomaly identification, resource optimization, and risk assessment, while AI-enabled security mechanisms facilitate continuous monitoring, behavioral analysis, and adaptive threat mitigation. Autonomous operations translate analytical insights into controlled actions through intelligent automation, feedback mechanisms, and human oversight. The research methodology adopts a conceptual and design-oriented approach involving literature synthesis, architectural development, functional analysis, and evaluation criteria formulation. The proposed architecture emphasizes scalability, interoperability, explainability, privacy, resilience, and responsible AI governance. It also addresses challenges associated with data quality, algorithmic bias, model drift, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and excessive automation. The framework provides a foundation for enterprises seeking to improve operational efficiency, strengthen security posture, and accelerate evidence-based decision-making. The study contributes an integrated perspective on enterprise intelligence and identifies opportunities for empirical validation across diverse organizational environments
