Abstract

Life insurance companies face growing challenges in delivering personalized, engaging, and efficient policyholder experiences while managing large volumes of transactional and unstructured data. This paper proposes a scalable, integrated AI-Cloud platform leveraging multi-modal deep learning and AR/VR technologies to enhance policyholder engagement. By integrating with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), the platform enables seamless access to financial data, automated risk assessment, and immersive engagement interfaces. Experimental simulations demonstrate improvements in policyholder satisfaction, claim response efficiency, and predictive accuracy of risk models. The platform also ensures secure and compliant data handling, addressing regulatory requirements and operational scalability.
